The goal of this project is to grow and support the local capacity of digital security practitioners in six countries of Eastern Europe/South Caucasus (members of the Regional Digital Security Network) through a number of events and activities, such as community convenings, peer-to-peer mentorship and support, and periodic assessments, to enable them to better assist human rights defenders, media, and CSOs at risk in their respective countries and the region as a whole.
